The invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation comprising an antigen, specially an antigen of a pathogen, and at least one antibody, which binds the antigen or the pathogen, wherein at least one epitope of the antigen is free and immunogenic. Further disclosed is a method for the production of said pharmaceutical preparation and its use.
