PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower device in which by manually operating a stop valve provided on a shower head, a pressure response operated valve provided on a faucet is opened and closed, and moreover a general hose can be used. SOLUTION: A pressure response operated valve 18 to which a shower hose is connected consists of a seat part 38, a partition 40 and a valve element 42 in a valve casing 30, and a projecting part 46 of the valve element 42 can be seated on the seat part 38 through an opening 54 of the partition 40. When the product (P2×S2 ) of water pressure P2 on the downstream side from the valve element 42 and a pressure receiving surface area S2 on the downstream side of the body part 44, becomes larger than pressing force F of a spring 64, the valve element 42 remains seated on the seat part 38. When the product (P2×S2 ) becomes smaller than F, the valve element 42 separates from the seat part 38. Therefore, by opening and closing a stop valve of a shower head, the pressure response operated valve 18 is opened and closed.
