<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely fill a gas bag by gas, by arranging a cloth portion in the inside of a gas bag on the opposite side to the expanding opening part of the gas bag, and forming a spare spreading chamber communicated with the expanding opening part by fluid. SOLUTION: A compressed gas, manufactured after a compressed gas source is operated, is at first flowed into a spare spreading chamber 6; and in a filling process of the spreading chamber 6, a cover is opened without an actual gas bag 2 itself receives action by a compressed gas in this stage. Consequently, an air chamber of a bubble in the inside having probable part of the gas bag, is not generated in the rear of the cover. When pressure in the inside of the spreading chamber 6 reaches a given pressure once, a tear line 5 is spreadedly opened to make the inside space of the gas bag 2 cause a passage freely communicating with a compression gas source 3 by fluid top completely fill the gas bag 2 by gas.</p> |
