PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer film having excellent anti-pin hole property and label application property, a stable easy peel property without the risk of breakage at the time of a heat treatment as a deep drawing wrapping material. SOLUTION: A multi-layer film comprises an outer layer, a middle layer, and a seal layer laminated via an adhesive resin as needed, where the seal layer comprises two layers including a buffer layer and a heat seal layer, and the heat seal layer, which is a mixture of an ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer (EMAA) or an ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer (EMAA) and 10 to 90% by weight of polypropylene, has a 30μm or less thickness.
