A pack for safely securing personal items below stadium seating at sporting events includes a flexible sack (20) including one or more pockets (32, 36) that can be sealed by a closure flap (30). One of such pockets (32) may be used to contain a seat cushion (40) to be placed upon such stadium seating. A fastening system (58-64, 86-104) is provided for securing the flexible sack to the underside of the stadium seating. The fastening system may include hooked members (58, 60, 70, 72) secured by elastic straps (62, 64, 74, 76) to opposing ends of the pack. Alternatively, the fastening system may include straps (86, 88) secured to the sack and which extend around and above the stadium seat. The pack may include a handle (82), shoulder strap (182), or a pair of arm straps (86, 88) to aid in carrying the pack to or from a stadium.
