The device has continuously adjustable centrifugal force during operation. It has a rotor with two connected bores, with one bore (5) positioned at right angles to the rotary axis (20), and the second bore (6) in the axis. An internal piston (8) is moved in the first bore in radial direction by a spring (12) and a pressure medium, especially oil. The radially movable piston consists of a core (9) of high specific gravity, with or without a jacket (8a). The piston is moved within the first bore by the compressive medium under positioning of a further piston (7) by a rod (14).
