PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously transmit a B channel and a D channel by transmitting stored information by a burst specified only inside a specified frame. SOLUTION: D channel information from a customer is inputted to a memory buffer 83 and the information is stored until the customer becomes an order capable of performing transmission inside a multiplexed frame there. A controller 81 is connected to the memory buffer 83 and receives instruction information from a channel group controller CGC and the CGC is arranged inside a host digital terminal. The CGC informs the controller 81 of the start of respective super frames, the number of bursts including the D channel information and the frame inside the super frame transmitted by an NID 16. Thus, the controller 81 sends the stored D channel information to a transmission part 82 at appropriate time and as a result, the information is transmitted by the specified frame.
