摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solidify the extending part on the end part of a product by dipping a part or the end part of the product fitting an integral mandrel into molten bath of a suitable alloy, holding and successively, drawing up the end part under sufficient controlling condition to solidify the integral extending part on the product. SOLUTION: The dipping process into the molten bath is executed by setting the extending end part 4 of the product 2 into the bath of the molten material 26 having alloy composition showing the suitability to a superalloy composition of the product 2. Successively, the holding process is the one for progressing an interaction between the treating product and the molten material and is controlled with the holding time according to the combination of a device and working condition. In the drawing-up process, the extending part 20 is formed or grown on the extending end part 4. Then, the drawing-up process is executed by drawing up at such a speed as to solidify the molten material 26 on the seeding crystals as the integral extending part 20 having micro-structure 29, showing the suitability to the micro-structure 10 in the oriented arranging condition of the product 2 at the interface 28 between the extending end part 4 and the molten material 26.</p>
