An apparatus for assembling an electron gun includes: portion for transferring a pallet which supports an electrode group assembly; first portion for supplying the electrode group assembly to the pallet which is transferred by the transferring portion; second portion, installed at one side of the transferring portion, for supplying the shield cup to the electrode group assembly which is supported by the pallet; first portion for welding the shield cup and the electrode assembly which is supported by the pallet transferred by the transferring portion; second portion, installed at one side of getter container; and third portion for welding the other end of the spring to the outer circumferential surface of the shield cup. Thus, productivity according to the assembly of the electron gun can be improved.
