SUBSTITUTED BENZOYLAMINOTHIAZOLE DERIVATIVES AND DRUGS CONTAINING THE SAME

Substituted benzoylaminothiazole derivatives represented by general formula (I) or salts thereof and drugs containing the same as the active ingredient. In said formula, X represents imino optionally substituted by lower alkyl, or oxygen; R<1> represents cyano, lower alkoxycarbonyl, lower alkoxycarbonyloxy, lower alkylsulfonylamino, optionally halogenated lower alkanoyl or lower alkylsulfonyl, 1-ureido, halogenated lower alkyl, or 2-pyrrolylimino; R<2> and R<3> are the same or different and each represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; and m is an integer of 2 to 4. Because of having an excellent effect of improving digestive motions, these compounds are useful as preventives and remedies for unidentified epigastric complaints, vomiturition, vomiting, heartburn, anorexia, abdominal pain, abdominal swelling feel, chronic gastritis, etc.
