PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose trouble with a hydraulic elevator with high accuracy by measuring the sinking amount of a car regardless of a car stopping floor position. SOLUTION: The determined value of the sinking amount of a car 1 is stored in a memory part 5b corresponding to oil temperature and floor number, and the sinking amount of the car 1 measured actually from the changing amount of the travelling amount signal of the car 1 in 15 minutes, which is detected by a travelling amount measuring instrument 4, is compared with the determined value of the sinking amount of the car 1, which is read from the memory part 5b corresponding to hydraulic oil temperature, which is detected by an oil temperature sensor 3, and stopping floor position of the car 1 at the time of detecting a floor stopping by a floor stopping detecting sensor. If it exceeds the determined value, the hydraulic elevator is diagnosed as an abnormal one, and a trouble signal is transmitted to a monitoring center 6. |
