PURPOSE:To suppress resonance by diving moving blades into a plurality of vane groups consisting of (n) and n+1 pieces of moving blades and obtaining the max. ratio between the less number N of blade groups out of the groups consisting of (n) and n+1 pieces of moving blades and the number K of all the groups. CONSTITUTION:The top edge parts of the moving blades 1 planted onto a rotor disc 2 are connected by a connecting member 3. Sleeves 5 are formed in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of divided blade groups, n1 and n2 consisting of (n) and (n+1) pieces of moving blades are formed. The blade group is formed so that N/K becomes max. when the less number of blade groups out of the groups consisting of (n) and n+1 pieces of moving blades is set N and the number of all the blade groups is set K. Therefore, resonance can be suppressed by obtaining the different vibration mode which is generated on each blade group.
