WORK FLOW SYSTEM AND WORK FLOW PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work flow system capable of easily changing a route and keeping the continuity of job processings among respective departments. SOLUTION: In a storage part 30, a main work flow for defining the delivery order of data among the departments corresponding to a job name included in the data and sub work flows for defining in what order the data are to be sent to a person in charge corresponding to job type information included in the data for the respective departments. Slave post offices 23a1 ,... are provided in post offices provided for the respective departments and the sub work flow is read and executed based on the job type information included in the data at the time of receiving the data. A server 20 delivers the data corresponding to the main work flow among the departments and delivers the data to the respective persons in charge corresponding to the sub work flows inside the respective departments.
