SUBSTANCE: device has limiting members which embrace flexible member and limiting its motion only in vertical direction. The essence of the invention consists in that limiting members are hinged to wall of growing chamber with their turning round horizontal axes and held by means of flexible member in horizontal and upper vertical steady positions.
