摘要 |
FIELD: medical- destination materials. SUBSTANCE: 69-70 wt.-% of trans-1,4- polyisoprene with molecular weight 100000-500000 is mixed with 1-2 wt. -% of low-pressure polyethylene in rubber mixer. Simultaneously, mixture with 20-21 wt.-% of Aerosil and 6-7 wt.-% of zinc oxide is prepared in crusher. The two mixtures are combined in extruder and fed on the heat-press. Thermoplastic obtained contains 21.2-21.7% ashes and exhibits rupture strength 350-400 kg/sq.cm at 22 C, relative elongation 100-1500%, and hardness 100-110. EFFECT: improved quality. 1 tbl.
