摘要

FIELD: steam turbine installations. SUBSTANCE: pump has two pumping units of one type-size designed for parallel operation to one pressure header in one monoblock. Impellers of pumping units are arranged in tandem on drive shaft cantilever. Delivery branch pipe of final pumping unit has contraction tip fitted coaxially into pressure header of cylindrical shape at place of connection of delivery branch pipe of other section, thus forming final diffuser channel for outlet flow. Owing to proposed design contraction tip of one pumping unit provides ejecting action onto flow getting out from other pumping unit which ensures high performance characteristics of pump. Proposed invention makes it possible to use identical impellers in both pumping units. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities; possibility of operation at high flow rate under confined conditions, such as oil supply systems of steam turbine plants. 1 dwgi
