PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the heat loss while circulating air of an air conditioner and to improve efficiency. SOLUTION: A cabin 3 is constituted by mainly using a synthetic resin material with high rigidity and a heat insulation effect and a roof member 4 provided on the upper part of the cabin 3 is molded and worked by blow molding or the like so as to be composed of the roof part 5 of an upper surface, the ceiling part 6 of a lower surface and a void part 7 formed between them by the synthetic resin material as well. Hot/cold air is blown from the air conditioner 8 internally installed near the rear part of the roof member 4 into the void part 7 in front and a grill 9 for blowing the hot/cold air into the chamber of the cabin 3 is opened at the ceiling part 6 at the front position of the void part 7.
