PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate and ensure the installation of a shoulder belt to a person of small build by alternately bending a steel or stainless material. SOLUTION: A three-point type seat belt is installed. A first bent part 1 is hooked and mounted on a waist belt from the lower side. A second bent part 2 is also hooked and mounted on a shoulder belt. Thereafter, since the angle of the shoulder belt is changed by moving the first bent part 1 on the waist belt, the position of the shoulder belt corresponding to the shoulder part is also moved according to it. The first bent part 1 and the second bent part 2 can be bent in the same direction. Thus, the angle of the shoulder belt is changed, whereby the position of the shoulder belt can be set to a desired position so as to avoid the position of the face or neck. Since the shoulder belt can be easily installed to the shoulder with safety and convenience. |
