SOLUTION: A home communication display means is established using an existing pager base station, a public telephone network, a telephone subscriber line and a communication network controller arranged in school, etc. When the home communication display device receives communication information by this configuration, a calling means A generates sounds for a short time to inform a person at home that there was a communication. In parallel with this, a conversation control means B converts a transmitted data string into character data and displays communication contents in a display means C. The person who sees the display contents depresses the recognition button K which is provided in the in-home communication display device. Unless the recognition button K is depressed due to absence, etc., calling sound is issued again at the previously set proper time interval. |
