<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce quantization noise that is caused by a frequency and to improve performance by quantizing a result which adds data that is undergone size adjustment to filtered data. SOLUTION: This converter performs a filtering operation of difference data between two adjacent oversampled data through a low pass filter or a high pass filter and a different size adjustment operation and quantizes a result of adding data that is size-adjusted to filtered data. That is, the converter filters inputted difference data and generates data which is band-limited. The data which is band-limited is inputted to an adder 35. The adder 35 adds data which is supplied from an integrator 33 to the data which is supplied from a filter 34 and band-limited, and outputs the result to a quantizing part 36. The part 36 quantizes the data supplied from the adder 35 into one bit data.</p> |
