PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the image communication terminal equipment in which a communication mode according to preference of the user is sent at line connection. SOLUTION: This equipment transmits image data, audio data and numeral data multiplexed with each other, is provided with a user interface section 9 that detects a setting request of a communication mode, a communication control section 15 that sets the communication mode when the control section 15 is informed of the setting request of the communication mode detected by the user interface section from the user interface section, a memory section 16 that stores data received from a line, and a data control section 17 that controls data stored in the memory section in the case of maintenance communication. Thus, the communication mode according to preference of the user is set at line connection. |
