摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rush current and stabilize an output voltage even in case of a load including an impedance component where the rush current flows when a relay contact is made, e.g. a capacitive component. SOLUTION: An impedance circuit 17 having an impedance value for suppressing a rush current is connected between the relay contact 13 and load 14 and an invalidating circuit 18 is provided which invalidates the impedance circuit 17 when the rush current is ceased after the relay contact 13 is made to suppress the current flowing through the circuit with the impedance value of the impedance circuit 17 even when the load 14 has a capacitor C where the rush current flows when the relay contact 13 is made, so the rush current can be prevented and the invalidating circuit 18 invalidates the impedance circuit 17 once the rush current is ceased, thereby obtaining an original circuit state that does not include the impedance circuit 17 usubstantially.</p>
