PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To polish the inner side of a pipe at a high productivity. SOLUTION: In this magnetic polishing jig for pipe inner surface, the whole body, other than a side surface 12 opposing to the inner peripheral surface of a pipe 1 to be a polished member which is made in a circular arc form, is a rectangular parallelepiped, its both ends are composed of a ferromagnetic body, and the central part is composed of a nonmagnetic rectangular parallelepiped. And a rectangular para-llelepiped polishing block 10 in which a slit form space 15 is formed at the center of the side surface not opposing to the inner peripheral surface; a convex type polishing block 20 in which the body other than the side surface 22 opposing to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe made in a circular arc form is a cubic body having the convex type section, both ends are composed of a nonmagnetic body, while the center part is composed of a rectangular parallelepiped of the ferromagnetic body, and the center of the side surface not opposing to the inner peripheral surface is projected; and buffs or polishing nonwoven fabrics fixed to the polishing blocks 10 and 20; are provided. The separating distance between the rectangular parallelepiped polishing block 10 and the convex type polishing block 20 is regulated according to the inserting amount of a projection 23 to the slit form space 15. |
