As the oil pressure is flowed into the upper inlet nozzle(a), the oil pressure is firstly applied on the upper part of the first-step piston(781), becoming aqueous, thereby the first-step piston is firstly emerged and operated. Further at the time of completion of the first step piston emerging and operating, the oil pressure is applied on the upper part of the second-step piston, filling the oil pressure through the lower inlet nozzle(b) of the dredging cylinder(780) to rise up the first step piston, thus when completed, the second step piston is operated.
