To be able to enhance a workability and a quality of the yarn, a method as follows is applied. In a direct spinning way that a thermoplastic linear polymer is melt spun at the spinning speed of over 5000m/min and is quenched, collected to be wound without using a godet roller, between a collective guide and an emulsifier giving device, that is, in the position of 20~80 cm under a spinneret, and in a proceeding direction of the fiber, the emulsifier containing a pressure of 3~6 kg/cm and a temperature of 20~40 degrees C is jetted.
