摘要 An apparatus for fermentation and drying of organic waste is provided to treat organic waste at lower temperature economically by recycling reaction heat in the apparatus. An apparatus for fermentation and drying of organic waste comprises a liquid waste laying-up basin(04), a treatment tank(08), a separator(14) and an air pre-heater(12). The separator(14) has a heat exchange coil(16) inside, and the air pre-heater(12) is equipped with a heat exchange coil(17). The coil(16) for heating water and the coil(17) are connected with a pipe laying(18) interposed with a circulation pump(19) to heat air from the air pre-heater(12) by a heating medium which is heated in the separator(14) during circulation of the medium. The treatment tank(08) has a higher-level sensor(53) and a lower-level sensor(54). The gas containing vapor(21) and a saturated vapor(31) containing stench generated in the treatment tank(08) are flowed to heat exchangers(23,24,25,26,27) through an induction chamber(22) of an energy recycling unit(06) via a ventilation chamber(56) which is led to the treatment tank(08) by means of high-pressure blower(09). Each of the heat exchanger(23,24,25,26,27) is supported by outer case(33) on two or three horizontal edges. A side of the outer case(33) is separated by the heat exchanger(23) to the induction chamber(22) and the discharge chamber(32) on lower part. The other side of the outer case(33) is faced with a heater(29) at a primary outlet(49) of the heat exchanger(23,24,25,26,27) and with a catalyst reactor(30) at a secondary outlet(48) of the heat exchanger(27). The saturated vapor from the primary outlet(49) of the final heat exchanger(27) is more heated to about 300-320deg.C through electric heater(29) and transported to catalyst reactor(30). The gas from the inlet(34) is heated to overheated vapor(28) of about 320deg.C through the catalyst reactor(30). The overheated vapor(28) turns back to the heat exchangers(23,24,25,26,27) while flowing in counter current with the saturated vapor(31) from treatment tank(08) to heat the saturated vapor(31), then the overheated vapor(28) having the rest heat energy is flowed to discharging chamber(32). Then, the vapor is transported to duplex jacket(20) of twin structure in treatment tank(08) by high-pressure blower(15) and condensed to water that is discharged to separator(14) while the rest energy is transformed to evaporation latent heat energy source. The condensed water heats the heating medium of the heat exchange coil(16) in separator(14) and the water is discharged outside. The heating medium is flowed to heat exchange coil(17) in air pre-heater(12) by circulation pump(19) in order to pre-heat the air flowed in the air pre-heater(12). The electronic heater(29) is located at the opening of the catalyst reactor(30) behind heat exchanger(27). The treatment tank(08) has outer wall of double jacket(20), and the double jacket(20) has heat exchange part(36) which utilizes waste heat energy and a heater(37) for initial pre-heating as. The thermal energy from overheated vapor(35) of 120-130deg.C in the energy recycle reaction unit(06), which is supplied through air inlet damper(58) of the double jacket(20). The treatment tank(08) has heat-transfer fin(38) of stainless steel sheet on the side of the double jacket(20) outside of the inner pipe(39), and the heater(37) has heating medium oil inside. The gas(42) from exhaust pipe(63) at the bottom of the heat exchange part(36) in the treatment tank(08) is discharged through the separator(14). The top of the liquid waste laying-up basin(04) is connected to air-inlet(66) equipped in the treatment tank(08) at one end, and the other end is connected to air duct(44) which is interposed with air pre-heater(12). The liquid waste laying-up basin(04) is equipped with air drain(70) for indraft of air(46), therefore air(45) in upper part of the liquid waste laying-up basin(04) is utilized for the device.
