<p>PURPOSE:To profitably produce an anthocyanin pigment in a high yield by the tissue culture of Rosmarinus officinalis L. CONSTITUTION:A callus induced from the tissue of Rosmarinus officinalis L. of a Labiatae plant is cultured in a medium containing an auxin such as 2,4- dichlorophenoxyacetic acid preferably in a concentration of 10<-7> to 10<-4>M or a cytokinin such as kinetin preferably in a concentration of 10<-7> to 10<-5>M.</p> |
