A tie bar structure of lead frame is provided to decrease an adhesive failure and improve a reliability. The tie bar(12) structure of lead frame(11) comprises: a plurality of through hole(13) spaced apart from each other formed at the center of the tie bar(12); and a plurality of convex groove(14) having a symmetric structure each other formed at the both sides of the tie bar(12). The through hole(13) and the convex groove(14) of the tie bar(12) is formed at an entire surface of a lead(16) of the lead frame.
