PURPOSE:To display character information by the reception of both a name corresponding to a telephone number and a simple number. CONSTITUTION:When an automatic incoming call mode is set and a line is connected, an audio control circuit 2 sends a reception audio signal (b) to a dial signal conversion circuit 7, and a detected dial signal is sent to a main control circuit 4 via a data bus (e) as reception data, and is separated to telephone number information and abbreviated data. The data of the telephone number information is written on reception data memory in a memory circuit 3, and it is collated with the telephone number information registered on abbreviated dial memory, and when coincidence between them is obtained, the name information of the memory is read out, and it is written on the reception data memory with received telephone number information. The abbreviated data is read out from reference data memory in the memory circuit by a relative address in accordance with the data as an expansion(restoration) information, and it is written on the reception data memory. The contents of the reception data memory are outputted to a display circuit 9 by operating a keyboard 10. |
