PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antifouling cloth made of fibers having parallel crosses- shaped cross sections composed of a polyester-based polymer, which contains a specific fluorescent whitening agent in a small amount and has a low zeta potential, treated with a water-repelling and oil-repelling finish process and excellent in light and antifouling properties. SOLUTION: This antifouling cloth is made of fibers having parallel crosses- shaped cross sections composed of a polyester-based polymer, which contains a benzoxazole fluorescent whitening agent in an amount of 0.01-0.3wt.%, preferably 0.05-0.15wt.% and has a zeta potential of <=-15mV, and treated with a finishing agent of a nonionic water-repelling and oil-repelling agent. Thus, the obtained cloth is excellent in antifouling properties against fouling with liquid and dry fouling. |
