<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power unit which is improved in waterproofing property, without sacrificing the small size, light weight, and shielding effect of the power unit. SOLUTION: In a power unit, a back panel 6 is positioned at a distance internal from a front panel 4 and both end sections of an intermediate wall 8, which divides the space between the panels 4 and 6 into an upper chamber 12 and a lower chamber 14, are respectively connected to the panels 4 and 6. The panels 4 and 6 are surrounded by left- and right-side panels 16 and 18 from the both sides. The panels 16 and 18 respectively have mating faces 20 and 22 which are brought into contact with each other. The parts of a power source circuit 24 are housed in the chambers 12 and 14, and part of the parts housed in the chamber 12 is positioned below the mating faces 20 and 22. In addition, a cover 46 is provided, so as to cover at least the parts positioned below the faces 20 and 22.</p> |
