An inhaler comprises an air exhausting pot(12) which is opening and closing by a stopper(5); an upper plate(4) installed a body fluids inhaling pot(16) communicating to a tube(14) to suck body fluids from the outside by a suction force; a lower plate(6) installed a lot of coil springs(2) between the upper plate(4) and the lower plate(6); a peripheral cover(20) formed by infusing directly both ends of the lower plate(6) and the upper plate(4) to make an enclosure. The inhaler is not easy to be broken by welding the peripheral cover to the upper and lower plate consisted of a hard material and reduces the number of components to increase a productivity.
