SOLUTION: Stock 1 of Grifola albicans Imaz. is divided into divided pieces 2 of Grifola albicans Imaz. having such size as to pick up the stock 1 with a chopsticks and at least one liquid selected from the group comprising Japanese wine, Japanese white distilled liquor and ethanol diluted into about 30% concentration is sprayed into the divided Grifola albicans Imaz. and these sprayed and divided Grifola albicans Imaz. is allowed to stand for 5 to 10min and mixed with seasoning of korean pickles. |
