WIPER BLADE AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve wiper performance without producing any chattering vibration for any glass surfaces by forming surface coating layers made of a fluorocarbon resin, a reactive radical of a fluorocarbon resin and a curing agent having reactivity only in both side faces of a blade main body. SOLUTION: A wiper blade 1 is composed of a sliding part 2 slide-contacted with a glass surface and a fixed part 3 fixed in the fixed part of a wiper, and surfaced coating layers 4 are formed on the surfaces of the sliding part 2 as both side faces of a blade main body. No surface coating layer is formed in the tip 5 of the wiper blade. Thus, the wiper blade 1 shows excellent wiper performance without producing any chattering vibration even in a water repellent glass surface, and this excellent characteristic is further improved by providing a surface coating layer containing a solid lubricating agent 10 to 110wt.% part against a fluorocarbon resin 100wt.% part.
