PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate joint processing of panels by arranging panels with side frames to be adjoined mutually, and by providing an upper sealing material at an upper space between both side frames of panels and a lower sealing material engaging with side frames at a lower space between both side frames. SOLUTION: An aluminum panels 1 are arranged adjoining mutually. A joint 2 between panels 1 is provided with an upper sealing member 3a and a lower sealing member 4a. The upper sealing member 3a is formed by filling a caulking material into the joint 2 that is divided by a side panel 6 and a backup material 9 supported by the side frame 6 and a projection 8a. The lower sealing material 4a is provided in the joint 2 with engaging both engaging parts 4c of the lower sealing material 4a to both fitting slots 10 in a state of an flexible bended portion 4b being bended to narrow suitably. Restoring force of the flexible bended portion 4a brings both engaging parts 4c into watertight contact with both fitting slots 10 to generate high sealing force. Therefore, filling operation of a sealing material from the underneath, which is difficult, is eliminated.
