The power zero-cross input device(300) senses the voltage zero point at the signal of the power source voltage, while edging downward, during the software operation of microcomputer, an outer interrupt occurs. Microcomputer repeats an internal interrupt routine to judge whether an outer interrupt is precisely inputted, and by increasing counter for time calculating, microcomputer judges the preciseness of zero cross input. Meanwhile global wave which is inputted into microcomputer is edging downward performs an outer interrupt, and in case counter is under 165, judging from the noises input from outward, a misuse can be prevented by the noises.
