The drainage pump(20) is driven, the water in the wash tub(2) is drained from the drainage hose(21). The remaining water(34) is almost depleted, as it loses the floating force, the water level ball(23) subsides, the photosensor senses the water level, the controller(22), by the change of the sensing signal, feeding power to the drainage valve(25), closing the valve(25) and by stopping the centrifugal pump(20), the wasteful operation is prevented. In the drainage or drying operation, when the remaining water is collected in the remaining water basin(34) and bellows(16) the drainage valve(25) is opened and water is drained.
