PURPOSE: To minimize fluctuations in loading torque as for as possible and make an ink-jet recorder small in size by a method wherein the maximum contact area between a pump tube and a pulley is specified, a damper seat is attached on a pump frame, and a half part of the pump tube is bent at right angles at a position where the pump tube separates from a tube supporting face and fixed in a groove. CONSTITUTION: To keep the torque loaded on a motor constant as far as possible during operation of a pump, the shape of a tube support face and the position of a draw-out port are selected so that the central angleθ1 of flattening areas of pulleys 31 and 32 does not exceed 180 deg. and is 173 deg. preferably. Damper seats made of elastic plate material are attached on dead space regions opposite to the supporting faces 23 with their ends located on the loci of the pulleys 31 and 32 and the other ends fitted in grooves 39 of the pump frame 21 so that they are radially arranged. As the damper seats are attached on the dead space regions. the overall size of the pump can be reduced. |
