The sensor is made up of a support (1) with a high thermal conductivity, around which a row of thermal cells are spirally wound, that are made out of metallic strips of manganine (6) and constantan (7) and are welded together so that they form hot junctions (8) and cold junctions (9). A blackened film is attached to the hot junctions (8), while the cold junctions (9) are fixed onto the back of the support (1) by brazing. The metallic strip segments located in between points (10 and 11), which determine the heat transfer from the hot area (8) to the cold area (9), are elongated in order to increase the sensitivity of the sensor.
