<p>PURPOSE:To suppress a picture recording miss caused by the generation of abnormality to the minimum by providing a means for outputting an abnormality generation warning video signal to television monitor connected to the outside instead of an input video signal at the time when abnormality is generated. CONSTITUTION:When various abnormalities are generated, various signals 16-19 are outputted to a control circuit 7 from an input video signal detecting circuit 8, a video head clogging detecting circuit 9, a motor 10 and a dewing sensor 11, and by the control circuit 7, an abnormality warning signal 20 corresponding to various abnormalities is outputted to a character generator 12. The character generator 12 generates an abnormality generation warning screen corresponding to the respective abnormality contents signified by the abnormality warning signal 20, and outputs it as an abnormality generation warning video signal 22. A changeover switch 13 selects the abnormality generation warning video signal 22 by the control circuit 7, outputs the abnormality generation warning video signal to a television monitor 3, and reflects an abnormality generation warning screen on the television monitor 3. In such a way, a picture recording miss caused by the generation of abnormality is suppressed to the minimum.</p> |
