PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a labeled perfume capable of readily and exactly being identified by an infrared absorption spectroscopy analysis, a laser spectrophotometric analysis, etc., by substituting a constituent element with a stable isotope of the constituent element. SOLUTION: This labeled perfume is obtained by substituting at least one kind of constituent elements with the isotope of the constituent element. The objective perfume is preferably obtained by using at least one raw material labeled by at least one kind of deuterium, 13C,<15> N,<17> O and<18> O. Concretely, for example, in the case of an ester-based perfume, the ester is preferably synthesized by performing an ester-synthesis by using methanol, ethanol, acetic acid, etc., labeled by the deuterium or the<13> C. When the perfume is synthesized by hydrogenation of the raw material, the labeling can be performed by using the deuterium instead of hydrogen. Moreover, the distinction of an aromatic product consisting essentially of the labeled perfume is performed by measuring the kind and amount of the stable isotope.
|
