PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and prevent storage from being mistaken, and ensure high accuracy upon setting temperature of a cooling chamber where cooling temperature can be altered. SOLUTION: Auxiliary resistors 20, 20 are connected in parallel to resistance 19 of a variable resistor 18. Output voltage Sv of the variable resistor 18 is supplied to a microcomputer 21. The microcomputer 21 converts each output voltage Sv in a predetermined resistance region 19a ('0 to 2.5V') in the voltage Sv into each set temperature of a first use temperature range '-23 to -12 deg.C' and further converts each output voltage Sv of another resistance region 19b ('2.5 to 5V') next to the predetermined resistance region 19a into each set temperature of a second use temperature range '-4.5 to +5 deg.C'. |
