PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesive force between a sheet and a foam stably and, besides, restrain warpage from being caused therebetween by mounting a preformed thermoplastic plastic sheet on the single face of a mold, and thereafter pouring and then polyurethane foam stock liquid satisfying a specific condition into the mold. SOLUTION: A preformed thermoplastic sheet is mounted on the single face of a mold, and polyurethane foam stock liquid consisting of containing polyisocyanate and polyether premix and satisfying an inequality of 250<=X/R<=620 is poured and then foamed in a mold. Herein, X denotes the value of a hydroxyl group (mgKOH/g) of polyether in polyether premix, and R denotes the isocyanate equivalency of olyisocyanate/hydroxyl group equivalency of polyether premix. In this manner, a urethane foam-formed article can be obtained in which an adhesiveness is improved between the preformed plastic sheet and the polyurethane foam, and any warpage never occurs. |
