The printed circuit board for the voltage control oscillator comprises four boards(1) which are fixed in the corner at the reverse side of the electrode(6) which is connected with the lead frame, a connecting base plate(7) which is integrated, combining lead frame and a base plate. At this time, make the base plate(7) meet one end of the lead frame, overlap with a substrate and apply the reflow welding. After forming, cut off the lead frame to make into a designated length, then the connecting part is removed and the lead frame is joined with the electrode and the printed circuit substrate is completed.
