PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce radio wave interference between a base station and a mobile station in a cellular mobile communication system. SOLUTION: When a mobile station starts communication (A1) and a plurality of 1st base stations receive a call signal sent from the same mobile station (A2), each of a plurality of the 1st base stations informs its reception level to an exchange (A3), the exchange compares the reception levels and specifies the 1st base station informing the highest reception level among the reception levels as a component base station of the mobile station (A4). Then the exchange requests 1st processing to start communication and 2nd processing to minimize an output of a speech signal transmission power of the mobile station within a communication enable range to the component base station (A5, A6), the component base station requests the 1st and 2nd processing to the mobile station (A7, A8) and the mobile station executes the 2nd processing (A9). |
