The invention offers a holding device for the stowage box in trunk trim providing secure holding and easy take out of the stowage box. A retainer band(10) has a band No.1(12) with locking lugs(120); a band No.2(14) with locking grooves(140) receiving the locking lugs(120); and a flexible(18) band No.3(16) between band No.1(12) and band No.2(14). The room(24) of the trunk trim(22) has brackets(220,222,224) which accommodate the bands(12,14,16). The device holds the stowage box more securely and provides easy take-out.
