PURPOSE:To make a plant root to suck as much as necessary nutritive solution from a culture bed of a liquid suction sheet by capillarity by culturing a plant on a liquid suction sheet by capillarity surrounded by a jacketing cover shielding a root part of plant and preserving wet state. CONSTITUTION:An end part of a liquid suction sheet by capillarity 2 is located lower than a liquid level of nutritive solution in a pathway 3 of nutritive solution and a continuous flow of liquid suction by capillarity is generated in the liquid suction sheet. A plant 12 is cultured on a liquid suction sheet surrounded by a jacketing cover 5 preserving wet state by shielding root part of the plant 12, thus an aggravation of the flow of liquid suction by capillarity of the sheet 2 by evaporation, etc., or an occurrence of injury of salts accumulation is prevented. |
