The improvements introduced into static voltage stabilizers for supplying lighting systems forming the subject of the invention include a solenoid switch Q1 and a connection magnetizing current limiter L1 combined with a static stabilizer formed of an autotransformer with several tappings T2, a printed circuit board CI2 containing the solid state switches, a printed circuit board CI1 with a microcontroller M for controlling the system, a transformer for measuring the input voltage T1, a transformer for measuring the output voltage T3 and a current transformer TI1, a by-pass circuit being provided, formed by the contactors K1 and K2. In three-phase equipment these elements will be in triplicate, except for the printed circuit board CI1, which is the only one for controlling all the phases.
