PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generation of warpage even in the case of an optical card with embossment made of polycarbonate by forming projecting parts in an embossed part on both surfaces of a transparent substrate and a protective substrate. SOLUTION: A contour part of a letter '0' (zero) in the embossed part 14 is an embossed projecting part 13 for information display displaying characters and a central part of the letter '0' is unnecessary for reading embossment. Accordingly this part is extruded as a projecting part to a reverse surface to make an embossed projecting part 11 for adjusting warpage. Consequently, generation of warpage can be suppressed to a minimum even when the optical card is subjected to embossing finish by designing the height of the embossed projecting part 11 for adjusting warpage so that the embossed projecting part 13 for information display and the embossed projecting part 11 for adjusting warpage have the same elongation. |
