<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of used light emitting elements by providing a light distributing section and a light receiving section for receiving a light distributed by the meeting part of a light section and transmitted through a rotation instructing device or a light reflected by the rotation instructing device. SOLUTION: A light radiated from a light emitting element 64 provided in a finishing/ starting end detector is radiated to incident light windows 62a and 62b for detecting finishing and starting ends and also to rotation instructing devices 22a and 22b by light distributing sections 12a and 12b. Thus, since the rotations of reel bases 31a and 31b are detected without using any special light emitting elements in a reel sensor, the number of used light emitting elements is reduced.</p> |
